Windows 10 help

Hello everyone,

 

 

Everyone has a windows 10 icon in their taskbar right? Well I do and I want to reserve a copy of windows 10 but whenever I want to open it, it keeps on telling me "please wait". An hour later "please wait".

 

 

Please help me!
