Enough to run the program

So, as the title states, i'm basically looking to put together a rig just to run this program. I want to spend the least possible. Though enough that it'll let me run the program without too much of a problem.

To make it easier. 

 

I'm looking towards Intel & Nvidia. Any recommendations that you'd use for this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
