OUYA will NOT pay developers, despite promising to do so

OUYA - the crowning joke of Kickstarter. When it first came out, it was great, people wanted it, so it gained a lot of money on Kickstarter. After it's release it was one fail after another, and OUYA is keeping the fails rolling, unfortunately...
In 2013, OUYA set aside $1 million for developers to make games for the OUYA. So long as the developer launched the game first on OUYA, then they would get a cut of that money. Some games have come on, but many have not. For the games still in development, OUYA has announced that the funds no longer exists. Where have they gone? Who knows. So how much have these developers lost? Anywhere from $7,500 to $30,000. That's a lot of money for an indie studio.
Unfortauntely for the developers, but fortunately for OUYA, this move was justified by a clause in the contract to OUYA being bought out. Whatever's left of OUYA and/or Razer have some explaining to do.
That's changed now.
