For GPU: 3DMARK Firestrike, Unigine Heaven or Valley.

For CPU: Prime95, PCMark (test more components as well), Passmark.

^ would like to add Novabench and Cinebench to those. Remeber to check your temps and other stuff while testing. With CPU-Z, MSI Afterburner, HWmonitor etc.

 

Also for HDD and SSD CrystalDisk (something) and some else which I can't now remember. There are other things like MemTest meant for troubleshooting and oldie Super Pi Mod which tests combined power of boot drive and ram plus some CPU.

I like prime95 torture test, video card stability test, neatest 86+, seatools, crystaldisk, and 3dmark

Prime95 is no good for Haswell in current versions.
