CPU: Core i7 4790

Ram: 16GB DDR3 HyperX Fury

Mobo: MSI H97i AC
GPU: Nvidia Quadro K420 ( don't tell me to get anything different ).

Psu: Fractal Design Edison M 450W

Storage: Samsung 850 Evo SSD

 

The PC building tool I am using on a website doesn't allow the parts together without any reason but I'm almost sure it just works, can anyone help me out?

Yep should do.  Would put on a CPU cooler though.

The psu might be an issue. You've technically  2 cm room for your cables (might be barely enough), but the front panel ports are in the way.

Just go for something shorter and modular.

If you want to go ATX, then I'd go for a 140mm long one
