they are both very silient and overclock is pretty much the same if you get a good msi card, though gigabyte has that "gpu-gauntlet-thing" wich (is supposed to) garantee you a good overclocking card

Yeah that's the one it's quite a good card. Which gigabyte one are you looking at as well, its it the G1?

Some OC like a beast, but it has a hard locked powerlimit, so you have to get a little bit more lucky in comparison to the Gigabyte G1.

Gosfar is working on a Custom BIOS afaik. He mentioned that there is a trick he wanted to test
