What browser are you using? Have you tried multiple browsers and videos?

I've not encountered this bug, but I've had a bug where you make it fullscreen and the actual player itself is still in 360P. Looks kinda crappy at 1080P, haha! (basically, the bar is about 1 inch high instead of <1cm).

i use chrome mainly, also have ie and FF to get round these bugs, if i close the browser and re open it it still does this, normally works with FF, i run 2 screens, it doesnt matter which screen im watchin on

try to disconnect 1 of the monitors and see if it still occurs
