IPS vs LED monitors?

Whats the difference between IPS and LED monitors?

If I get a 2ms LED monitor from benq, will it be worse than a IPS with a 5ms response time?

EDIT:

Im either gonna get this IPS from asus or this LED from Benq.

Or if there are better ones please suggest them!

 

I have a budget of around 170 euros

IPS is better color reproduction 

CPU: A8-5600K GPU: MSI RX 480 GAMING X 4GB MOBO: ASUS A55BM-PLUS

Ips have better colors and contrasts led can go low when it comes to response time and high when it comes to refresh rate tho 3ms are basically nothing

What two monitors are you looking at? 5 and 2ms response time is all a scheme to get you buy it there really isn't a big bidder ends.

Thought that to, When they say LED they usually refer to LCD Screens that are LED back light

I have a budget of around 170 euros

IPS has better color reproduction, TN usually has higher refresh rate and gtg response time. If you game competetively, get TN 144hz, if not, IPS.
