New PC Build, Need advice.

Hello, I am looking to build a PC for my living room to hook up to the tv and watch some movies.

Budget and Location

I live in Hong Kong and my budget is about 3,000 - 4,000 HKD, which is about 400 to 500 USD (roughly)

Usage

As I have said, the main point of this PC is for my living room. I will use this PC to hook up to my TV and watch some movies,  some internet browsing, and some light gaming.

Requirements

I need a sleek, sexy, black case since it is on display in my living room, and silent fans, you don't want loud fan noises when you're enjoying your favorite movie, do you?

@Electro_XD

Case doesn't have any fans, come with a PSU. Saves you some cash

I'm also not sure if the cpu cooler I picked out will fit. You don't really need it, but I figured with the case not having any fans, if you had a decent CPU cooler, the fan on it would barely spin as well.

Just like our friend here says, you can also get a hybrid hard drive if you could afford it for faster boot ups and even a small 2.5" drive if space is limited.

If you need more graphics you can get the R7 250X ddr3 edition gpu and run it in duel graphics mode to better the performance when light - med gaming.

got to love Asus components

Probably could make an AMD build that is a bit cheaper.

7800X3D - MSI B650 MAG Tomahawk - 32GB 6000mhz CL30 - Gigabyte 3080 TI - 2TB NVME - 1000w PSU - ID Cooling 240mm AIO

Or you could go with something like the Gigaybte Brix. Small all in one PC.

Thanks, I don't think I'll need that since I do have a computer that I use for gaming.
