Motherboard Suggestions

Any suggestions on a new motherboard for my set up?  I currently have an MSI Z87M (LGA1150) Gaming board with an i5 4690k w/ AIO cooler, and 2 Gtx 970s in SLI, and they sit on top of each other.  I'm looking for an Atx board or even another mAtx board if it has better spacing.  The case I'm using is a Fractal Design R4, so I can fit either size.  Any suggestions?  I'm looking to spend around 150$ or less if there is a good sale.  Thanks for the help!
