you might wanna look into getting a I5 4690k and use the saved money on a better GPU, maybe a GTX 970?

I would recommend changing the motherboard to a z97 board so you can overclock that unlocked CPU and maybe get an i5 instead and a GTX 970.

I second this

Get a bigger and better PSU. Like a EVGA GS or G2 series 650w minimum. Don't cheap, out on the PSU.

No you don't. H81, B85, H87 and H97 can all overclock. (and Z87)

no. shit. :P

Yea, but for higher overclocks... Overclocking on H or B series MoBo's isn't as good as on a Zx7 mobo

Don't buy Windows from a retailer, it's stupidly expensive. On reddit you can get a key for around $30

Do you need onboard graphics when you're buying a GPU?

You could go for the 1246v3 if you wanted onboard graphics still http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/intel-cpu-bx80646e31246v3
