Best 7.1 Sound Card?

Hey guys, I'm interested in investing in a sound card, and I need 7.1. Any good suggestions? I've had my eye on the Xonar D2X. Any and all help would be much appreciated. :lol: Any price, around $200 give or take. I'm an avid music listener and gamer. I want some sexy sound in my rig! ^_^

The D2X is a really good soundcard, but be aware that it doesn't really have amplification on the analog signals.

7.1 for a speaker array? Get an AVR.

I own a 7.1 headset and 5.1 speakers. Not getting a new headset. The one I have is awesome.

I'm looking for suggestions for a sound card haha. I don't need new stuff.
