How much watt?

I know I could just use a PSU calculator, but for some reason none of them have the Asus R9 390 or even the FX-6300!

 

My current setup:

 

FX-6300

Asus R9 270x DCUII

G.Skill Memory 1600Mhz 8GB

ASRock 990FX Extreme3

ADATA 120GB SSD

Seagate 1TB HDD

500w 80+ Bronze PSU from 

 

So I want to upgrade the GPU to the R9 390, I know this will cause bottleneck etc, but I will get more gains from a better gpu than processor.

Is 500w enough or do I need a new one?

For the sapphire r9 390 8gb d5 they recommend 750w power supply as the power consumption is 375w.

The power consumption of that card is 275 watt, not 375.

How come you withdraw you previous statement? If I add up all the tdp's of my components it comes out under 500w. So why a 700w psu?

Depends what brand you get some may vary. 

Yeah but I doubt there is a 100w difference between the cards. The one i want to purchase has 275w tdp. So would 500w be enough for that or not?

I would get a 750w psu to be safe and for future upgrades

250w headroom is a little much, no?

An EVGA 550W GS or Antec HCG 520W will power your current system with no problems :)

I found the Cooler Master V700, which is only like 60 euro, I'll go with that :)

There is, but the V700 is the best value atm.
