Trying custom watercooling again

So I tried a custom loop once. I bought a cheapo xspc kit and forgot to put the hose clamps on, so as a result it leaked. I've been afraid of watercooling since. I now want to do an actual watercooling project with compression fittings this time, but have no idea where to start picking parts. My budget is around $500 us. I'd like to watercool the graphics cards and cpu if possible. My main 2 goals are silence and aesthetics. Thank you

If you didnt like the XSPC kit (I have one and I wish I didnt) the EK kits look pretty nice!

If you dont want to hassle with trying to find individual parts

Do you have a preference for colour? I can put together a parts list I'd recommend if you give me a theme of sorts

I just want it to go with my rampage v (black with red lights) and graphics cards (green geforce logo)

If it's possible in the budget, then I'd like to watercool the graphics cards, then you can disregard the green logos. The theme would be red/black

Yes, but he then said he wanted it to go with the green graphics cards logos, which is why I confirmed. 

 

Cooling two GPUs and a CPU with compression fittings is basically impossible with a budget of $500 without skimping on things

Around $620 to $750, depending on the parts you go for.

EDIT: That doesn't include any fans if you need to buy them.
