Chrome Addon - changing colors?

Thought maybe someone here could help me with this, i have yet to find something that works, i suffer from something called eye floaters, most people have them, but for some (like me) they can sadly get pretty bad, i have 2 dark clumps, 1 in each eye that move around when i move my eyes back and forth, its not so bad when looking at for example a darker background, but looking at a white background can be very distracting.

 

So what i was wondering, there wouldnt happen to be a program or addon out there for Chrome that can change the background and text color on sites, like for example this forum where everything is white, i struggle to read things

allows you to amend css to sites. 

I have it for a few LTT forum fixes, for example. Make it fill the whole screen  simply by 

#content, .main_width {max-width: 100%; }

There are some themes people have made for popular websites, including dark ones, or you can make what you want

you can also attempt topp apply changes globally, though that can be messy for obvious reasons

also you can change a ton of settings, whitelists, blacklists, etc...

Thanks for the suggestions atleast, atleast i got a dark theme for LTT forum now, time to see what i can do about making something that works globally

on sites that have a black theme, I added them to the blacklist

otherwise it makes them white again, and that looks bad
