Z97 would be better

( you could get a bigger ssd but it's already good you squeazed one in )

I would replace the 970 with a R9 390

Maybe spend less on the case and get a better PSU ? ( evga 500w or 600w ? ) the corsair cheapo 430w aren't that good

Do you really need the wifi ?

 

Otherwise well rounded build :)

Get a Z97-C OR Z97-E to save yourself the hassle form updating BIOS.

 

Don't get the V300, get the BX 100 from crucial. Kingston changed the SSD to a slower version.

 

Please get a better power supply like the 500B.
