Will i get good fps in games from 2011 to 2013 with fx 8320 which has 8 weaker cores than intel. Gpu is r9 270x looking for max settings in this games la noire max payne 3 resident evil 5,6 deus ex human revolution, dead space crysis 2, dead space 2, cod mw 3, cod mw 2

The card will be the limiting factor in this case. It's a fairly good combination though.

Get an i3 instead. And L.A. Noire is locked at 30 FPS...

You may not be able to max out every one of those games with the R9 270x, but maybe medium to high settings, while still getting good FPS. Also depends at what resolution you are playing said games at.

In older titles like that you will get playable fps.

I would highly advise not using FX chips at this point. They're not necessarily bad, but Intel processors are, frankly, better for what they do. An i5 will simply be better for the job.

 

And take it from someone who runs an FX chip......they're not ideal.
