So I was going to look at some videos that I took recently and this happened:

What is this and how do I get rid of it?

If you saved then in another format like MP4 I assume that would go away.

That would be a filetype icon. The icon for whatever program is set as default for opening that fileytpe is gonna always be there.

When in doubt, re-format.
