Is it worth to put a third fan in noctua nh-d15?? (currently Temperature

Idle : 31

Load:60)

Up to you if you want those temps look good for any cpu.

Probably not. Before you put in a third fan on the cpu cooler, I'd invest first on a good case intake ventilation instead.

I wouldn't put on a third fan. Instead look at increasing the overall airflow through the case that you have.
