I am going to be building a system shortly and will be running 2 screens, one is a standard monitor and the other is a samsung 21.5" TV , is there a way that I can use my GTX 760 with the monitor for games and the cpu intergrated graphics for the samsung tv and run them in surround so I can play games on the monitor and use the samsung tv as another monitor?

it would work but it wouldnt be an optimal steup because the tv would lag behind the monitor

Won't make a difference unless you're doing something demanding on the second monitor
