Page file usage too high?

I currently have a page file usage of 11733 MB that just seems rather high for a few chrome tabs and the witcher 3 running.

mines been to 8 today.

 

currently 4k with one chrome tab lel

My pagefile is 27000+ when playing gta and browsing my chrome tabs

Does it just use as much as possible to save it from running out of ram?

RAM usage is 100%

Jesus how much ram do you have / how many tabs do you have open?
