can you sli with different RAM counts?

can you sli the KFA gtx660ti 3gb with any other gtx660ti 2gb card?

No, they need to have the same amount of VRAM.

No, they need to be the same model (ie 780 + 780 or 660ti + 660ti) and have the same amount of vRAM.
