I'm getting a corsair 900D with a custom water loop cooling a I7 4770K clocked as high as possible without exceeding 75C and 2 GTX 680s, I'm already getting a 480mm radiator to put at the bottom side which il have just in pull. Should I get an extra 480mm to put up the top or a 240mm? Or whatever? This is my first custom loop so I don't know what to expect in temperatures.

The 480 is definitely enough, you should only get more if you're planning on adding more blocks in the future or you want to run lower RPM fans to keep it quiet.

Get either a 240 or another 480 for the headroom. It allows you to dial the fans a bit back and still run cooler. If you're thinking of adding another 680 you will definitely need more cooling capacity anyways.

I only use a 1920x1080p resolution so it would be an absolute waste to get a 3rd card. When the next generation cards come out il be getting the fastest single GPU card because I'm actually sick of having even 2 cards.

I get that. :) I'm down to a single card setup as well after having run tri-SLI GTX 580's. In that case you may want to stick with just the 480, but I'd still personally get at least another 240. I'm obsessed with headroom. :D

Yeah if I do then it will probably be just for aesthetics, that is if it does look good.
