SNAPCHAT HELP NEEDED

I have a really good friend that when I send snaps to, she doesnt see that anything was sent to her. And then an hour later, the snap will mark as opened. Why? 

 

She doesnt get them but it still opens? I've tried logging in and out but nothing helps. She's forgotten her password, so she cant log in or out. Help please.

Add her email to her snapchat then reset her account password. I think that someone may be on her account aswell

Picture snaps? Or text message snaps? Because a lot of times that happens to me, I won't get notifications for the text snaps, I get notified, try to open them but the text is gone. Pictures are all good though.
