Coolermaster Quick Fire Rapid Keyboard Issue

So I left my computer on cause i wanted to take a nap, when i woke up and got on the computer. whenever i press the ctrl key, it shutsdown my computer.

 

I checked the windows hot key settings and everything and nothing was changed.

 

but then i plugged in a extra keyboard i have, and i tried it. it didn't shutdown my computer when presssing the ctrl key

 

 

is this a keyboard issue? need help?
