So,  I recently got a new mobo and cpu.  So,  the past few games I have been playing just fine with 70fps and then suddenly I drop down to 3 fps.  I have msi after burner running and my gpu is going from 97* usage down to 34* usage for like 7-10 seconds.  My temperatures are below 60* on my GPU

in NCP, is "Power management mode" set to "Prefer Maximum Performance"?

 

Uninstall and reinstall the drivers, too.
