Ok so I recently noticed (after I upgraded my CPU and MOBO) that my main monitor; a dell 4:3 ratio (don't know what model), has a weird flickering. Like lines that flick off and on slightly. EVER so slight differences in lines horizontally across the screen.

I think this has something to do with refresh rates but I'm not that experienced with monitors.

Ideas?
