CPU-Z doesn't measure temperatures. You're thinking of HWMonitor.

Damn, I'm really off today. Yea i meant HWMonitor. 

I really like it, shows temps of each core. Easy to download and works well.

I usually use HWMonitor and Aida64

If you're on Intel, HWMonitor, AIDA64, and Intel XTU will all do a good job.

 

AMD...make a dart board out of temperatures and throw at will.
