Bottleneck I7-4770

Is an i7-4770 (non k) @ 4,1 Ghz bottlenecking an GTX 980 ti ?

Not even close to the 4.1, seen that isn't unlocked...

Admitting that you can have it at that frequency, not even an i5 4670 is a bottleneck... ^^

No, but 4770 might overheat and cause lower performance, if you encounter such problem then check your temps.
