Nvidia doesn't have that much great options at this price point, your best bet would be a r9 270. You really need to bump up your budget if you expect to play GTA 5 at high settings.

An r9 370 is probably your best bet for retail. If you can get a better card second hand, go for it, but I can't really check that for you :P

There are 770s and 280xs for £140 on eBay.

If your fine with used get a r9 280x then, GTA tends to be vRam hungry.

R9 270/R9 370 if buying new

GTX 770/R9 280X if buying used.

Nvidia make little sense at that price point when buying new as their only real option is the 750 Ti new.
