Hello,
Here is my PC build for gaming. I would like to stay withing 1100-1300USD(No  factor peripherals).
I would like to know if all parts are propely chosen. Also I need a good power suply which can provide good protection (Over-voltage protection, under-voltage protection, short circuit protection, over power protection, and over temperature protection) That is very important for me.

In future I am planing overclocking and making SLI of 2 GTX970s.
Also i need good CPU cooler while Its geting hot in my room during summer. Maybe I need to change my CPU cooler for smth more efficient, but the heigt cannot be more 160cm if it is an air one.

$1077, with case.  Roughly the same with a few tweaks.  GTX 970 SLI setups will run off of a good 550W, this 650W is more than enough.  If you really want to push for max clock on the CPU, you should be looking at a 240mm/280mm AiO:
