So i am trying to record gameplay footage of tf2 using OBS, but when i record at my screen's native resolution (1440p) the video is all choppy, and when i downscale it in the settings to 1080p it only shows part of the screen. Any ideas on how to fix this?

http://puu.sh/j2Bm1/9ca6a6e8e3.png puush is being stupid and is having the same glitch that OBS has and is only showing part od the screen, anyway on the other side of the wondow the only thing checked off is "enable CBR padding"  http://puu.sh/j2BSp/0ea1ffa866.png when im recording at 1440p (the aspect ratio is 16:9)  http://puu.sh/j2BR6/e9c2008608.png when im trying to record at 1080p, once again the aspect ratio is 16:9

Goto Edit Scene, right click on the source(make sure you are editing the right source), goto Position/Size and click on Fit to Screen.  Right now your source is still scaled to your monitor resolution, so you need to shrink it down to you scene res 1920x1080.

Also, don't use Monitor Capture for game footage, only use Game Capture or Window Capture
