Problem with Windows Updates

Since 3 days ago, besides the Windows Defender updates, all other updates get stuck at 3 or 5% download. Some even make my computer restart without warning or even finishing the download.

 

I've already used windows' troubleshooting and it says it fixed my problems, but it's not true. Sometimes the updates give me an error and can't install, other times, it resets my computer (makes it restart without warning).

 

What could be the problem and what can I do?
