Every card is different, you need to tweak the voltage and core clock / mem clock yourself and then run stress tests to see if you have a stable overclock.

OK well how much over voltage is safe

Personally I dont know, but just slowly increase your voltage rate as you increase your clock speeds and monitor temps to see what voltage/clock speed combo youre comfortable with given said temps.

Just max out the voltage/power limit if temperature is not a problem.

~1300mhz is a good overclock for 760. Memory clock depend whether you're on Hynix/Elpida/Samsung. Elpida is the inferior a.f.a.i.k.
