Also I'm going to be gaming and streaming, I might find cheaper ram or maybe go down to 12gb of ram.

8gb of corsair vengeance or kingston fury ram and u done. Speed is not so important. Just not below 12800mhz and not above 1866mhz.

Can you find a cheap but similar case for the one I have now. I would prefer it from Amazon because I'll get free shipping.
