nope, you're all set, get an R9 390 if you have a 600w PSU at least and can handle the heat

or get a GTX 970 if you have a good room temp

well then, I recommend getting an R9 390 for the VRAM, since it has 8 gigs of it

gaming

If you wish to game at 1080p then you will want the GTX 970 or the R9 390, both should last you a few years and both can play most games on high-ultra settings at 60FPS. The 8GB of VRAM is currently not that important unless you are playing games with lots of textures or having loads of shader and improved graphics mods. However if you want it to last a few years the 8GB may become used by then, it is hard to say (though it is becoming increasingly more likely, but I am not an expert on the subject so I don't know). There are a few things to be wary of with the R9 390;

  • Runs hotter (not much though)
  • Requires more power (your PSU is more than enough, though it would be nice to know what brand and model it is, just to see what quality it is)
  • You won't get some nVidia special features, this shouldn't stop you from buying it though
  • You have to deal with AMD drivers (not horrendous but nVidia's are certainly better)

Also don't worry about the CPU bottlenecking (if that is what you mean). An i5 4690k is exactly want you want if you are gaming.

Personally I would probably go with the 390 because of the VRAM and it does outperform the GTX 970 in some games, unless you really want the nVidia only features.

should i be worried for the temps? i mean, if my CPU runs at 50º playing like battlefield 4 (not ultra tho) or 40º playing a loooong time  LOL

Is you system water cooled at all because that is quite low if it is air cooled? With the 390 temps aren't anything to worry about, it just runs a little hotter than the 970, but not much.
