 I am just wondering if Zalman Power Supplies are any good. I posted about a corsair PSU a couple of minutes ago and I got the information that it is not that good. I am planning to run a FX-8350 and R9 380 4G

 I was planning to use a GV 700W PSU but I thought twice and went on the LTT forums to ask.

Nope zalman are bad get corsair or coolermaster

Get a BeQuiet, Antec, XFX, Superflower etc.

Nu-uh, and get an i5 4460 with an MSI H97 PC Mate instead of that FX 8350.

 

Get a Corsair CS550.

Corsair PSU do have some bad reviews were they said the PSU will die at certain points, but i don't know if that is true or not. Anyway, i would go with EVGA G2, superflower, or seasonic.  EVGA G2 have 10 year warranty so if thing decide to blow up with c4, EVGA got you cover.

Corsair cx line have had some issues but are generally OK for the price. However their cs line are great psu's and are worth the 2

$15 ish over the cx line

Some Zalman PSUs are decent. You need to look at the MODEL, not the brand.
