Do you guys have any serious gripes about this monitor?

It shows up in my cart at about $400 USD.

The Samsung U24E590D costs almost the same, is also a 60hz 4k IPS @ 24", BUT has freesync, which is a big deal, especially @ that resolution.

This monitor looks even better than I expected. They only real gripes these guys had were things that were inherent with the 4k spec, most of which don't apply to me anyways.

I think I'm gonna nab it.
