[Build Help] SSD or HDD

I am currently being drawn to both sides, and so I am currently having the idea of using both in my PC build, which I haven't yet built.

I play games, stream and record videos for youtube. I currently am designing a PC for these purposes. I am having problems deciding wheather to go for a 240-256GB SSD or get 2/3TB of HDD. I at the moment am going for a 64GB SSD and a 1TB HDD. Please help me decide!!! By the way I can only spend around £60-70 on an SSD or HDD or both.
