If you want something on the cheaper side, the BenQ GW2765HT is a good monitor. I picked it up for £300 and it's IPS. I would recommend the ROG Swift too. I have one and its awesome. In my opinion the fact that is a TN panel is hardly noticeable and I have not issues with viewing angles etc.. Best monitor Ive ever owned.

You need to directly compare tn and ips to see the difference,

and I have to say it's quite big

True that I have never done a "next to each other" comparison but I have had both types of panel and can honestly say that the different is not that huge to me. But maybe that is just me. Nonetheless it does not retract the fact the Swift is a fantastic monitor.
