Would like more information and wondering if there will be a video on how you do that?

Are you setting up a virtual machine per editor?

How are you running the virtual machines (hyper-v, vmware, citrix...etc)?

Can Anybody Link A Virtual Machine while I go download some RAM?

My guess is that they can send of multiple videos to the server to render through ME. I would also love to see what they are trying to achieve.

Intel i7 4790k / MSI Z97M / Hyper 212 Evo / MSI Twin Frozr GTX 770 / 16GB Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz / Fractal Design Arc Mini R2 / Corsair CS750M / Samsung 840 Evo 250gb SSD /  WD Blue 1TB

I know why they are doing it.

I just want to see them do it and the specifics.

Videos like that are more interesting to me than most product review videos.

It wouldn't actually be all that interesting. It's simply a Watch Folder for Adobe Media Encoder set up on a network, across multiple machines. The Watch folder's contents are rendered out by their 36-Core machine. So if you want to see the interesting part, watch the mini-series covering that machine.

And will that watch folder be over SMB, or will they use an iSCSI  target from the new SSD storage server?

Maybe Linus will grab a set of 40GbE CNA and use FCoE.....who knows!?

I care about the rest of the details also, no matter now minute they are to you.
