Anybody mind giving me a link to this. I´ve only read that there a new architecture for the upcoming cpus which made me think twice about buying the parts for my pc. (4790k cpu) And if not i´m mistaken i´ve heard the same thing about the upcoming gpus. So i´m kinda unsure.

And do you think i should wait a couple of months as the rumors state that they will be coming out. Or should i go with what´s available now?

is for people who can't afford a Intel CPU'S PEW PEW OOOH SHOTS FIRED

the Skylake CPU will use the 1151 socket from what I've heard/seen I don't know what chipset if it will be Z97 or Z98. No clue in that b/c we don't have a source yet, Only Intel will know, just a few months!

I just saw a news report. It stated that the new architecture will used 1151 socket and along with DDR3L/DDR4 RAM. BTW what is DDR3L Rams?PS for me I think I'm just going for the 4th generation Intel CPU only... I thought the new architecture will provide more cores options but seems not.... And judging by the DDR4 RAMs are so expensive and not worth investing for slight performance improvement.

I think it will use a new socket mother ( Z170 or H170 )

ZEN MOTHAFU**AS, ZEN, ZEN. Skylake sucks, even less OC capabilities, expensive Ram, no major improvement. AMD needs your money, or you will be buying 1000$ celerons.
