any one know how to unlock voltage on evga sc 760? no bios edditer will work and the +12 could help

Use MSI Afterburner or something similar.

voltage still wont change

Did you go into the settings and check the box which allows you to change the voltage?

yes but my voltage still is 1.200 not 1.212

Can you take a screenshot?

Try checking with something like GPU-Z, might give more accurate results
