Dead PC

I have a z97a Gaming 7 Motherboard from Msi. I just built it and plugged it in for power and connected the monitor to the Gpu. So far only the OC Genie and green power led have been turned on. And one blue led blinking. http://imgur.com/nAqjWWu    No Idea how to fix it. And pls tell me how exactly should I continue. No other components are running.
