Hello there community i wanted to ask what Motherboards would you reccomend for the AMD FX-8300(3.3ghz) , im probably going to be using a Nvidia GTX 960 also i have a question about the card too what are the differences in palit evga gygabite and so on does it really matter or not so much ?

I would recommend not getting a FX processor, it's a horeable idea 99.99% of the time.

Brands like Palit, EVGA and Gigabyte only differ from the card cooler, but the cards that they manufacture are the same.

Hey, are you going to build a gaming PC? If so, do you have the CPU already? Because that CPU is not that good for gaming.

I could recommend a better CPU and Motherboard combo for the same price.

 

And the difference is the cooler and the support (support if it breaks or whatever).

The cooler does not make much of a difference on this GPU.

I do not have the parts yet and im trying to figure out the best parts for the best price here in bulgaria intel is twice the price of amd basically so its quite expensive for me to go for an i5 at this point i know they are good but they are damn expensive , so i went for amd i dont know whats the big deal with amd are they that bad ?

MSI 970 Gaming and well MSI 380 4GB is better than a 960!

 

Also 4GB VRAM can be a good idea!

Also I am not for 4GB I am just for more than 2GB. 3GB is kinda perfect for 1080p!

On a card like the 380 and 960 that can't max out 1080p you don't need more then 2gb. If it's a card that can max out 1080p like a 390 or 970 then they can begin to use more then 2gb of vram.

Are you saying the 380 cant max all settings with max AA?

Anything can max out every game, it is just is what framerates you get when you do, a 380 or 960 with settings set to get a nice 60 fps in games will not use more then 2 GB almost all the time.
