You might be able to find the option in the Settings menu of Precision.

no settings for unlocking voltage

You may have better luck with Afterburner. Even then, it's not a true voltage unlock - you would need to unlock it through the video card's BIOS which requires re-flashing the card.

kgb for gk104.rom does not support my GTX 760 is there a nother way to flash more voltage?
