Do I need new PSU

I currently have 700w psu.

It's EVGA or Corsair's, not so sure

I'm planning to get Gtx 980 ti and i want to know if I'm gonna need better psu.

My system is i7 4770, 1TB hdd, 16 gb ram and 4(?) fans

I play Arma 3 on ultra so a all my systems will run under load for long periods of time.

I would like to buy energy efficient psu if I need to get one,

You don't need to upgrade as it seems you already have a reliable PSU but it won't hurt and it might be worth it if you plan to SLI in the future.
