Yes, it has integrated graphics.

It should be plenty for most games when paired with a decent graphics card and the iGPU should be alright for light games like League of Legends or Sims.

If you want good integrated graphics then look at A10-7850K or 7870K!

There are also older APUs.

Its for my girlfriend so I'm going to give her my HD 7770 a few months after so the igpu will only be needed for a short time.

Depending on the usage, it can go either way between a cpu like a 4130 and the 7850K. 

The i3 has the advantage of having faster threads when all 4 aren't needed though.

7770 can handle much heavier games.

What everyone needs to realize is that a 7770 does not need an i5 or even an i3, i game with a 7770 and 4.3ghz Phenom II and it runs EVERYTHING,  the GPU is the limiting factor.

 

I say go with whatever is better value.
