Controllers on GTA V PC

I either want to use my PS2 or Gamecube controllers on GTA V and would like to know what all controllers you've gotten working in GTA V? I'll obviously be using adapters to plug these controllers into the PC.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.

Why a gamecube controller ? Or a PS2 ? Why not a PS3 or 360 controller. I don't think there are any drivers for a PS2 Or Gamecube controllers.  Anywho I personally use SCP PS3 drivers.

PS3 and 360 controllers are the only ones i know that work (however PS3 one requires DS3 tool) and 360 controller is the only officially supported controller.

I have both these controllers lying around and adapters are cheap as chips. Not looking to add another controller to my collection of these two lying around the house tbh.

I am aware of this and was just hoping to find people who knew better than I. Thanks for the input you had though :P
