This will be my first time building a pc and after doing some research into parts I found that I prefer Intel CPU, so thanks for the previous suggestions they will be used at some point.

1. Budget & Location
UK and £800

2. Aim
To run all the new games e.g. BF4 at decent FPS like over 40 at all points

3. Monitors
I do need a moniter, I possibly will move to 2 in future what ever you guys suggest for a moniter looks for the bst mix of res and price
4. Peripherals
I need:

Wireless

Window 7

Monitor (see above)

Keyboard

5. Why are you upgrading?

Becuase I can't play games on my current rig, I run minecraft at 30 FPS average at the mo

Notes

I would like to would the 3570k i5 but if my budget doesn't allow it give me some suggestions I would like a good GPU in it I am not looking for crossfire i am never going to buy 2 GPUs I will be OC if I can figure it out so please bear it in mind with mobo/cpu choices.

I know you say you want an Intel build but for the budget you might want to consider going with AMD.  You've got a monitor, peripherals, and an OS to buy in you budget so intel might not be a great option for you.  AMD is no slouch though.  For the price, their products work great.

Best of luck.

Can you stretch your budget a bit?

If so, here you go: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/1lMfj

Crossfire ready and will do what you need.

The budget was broken by the nice IPS panel. I didn't want to give that up but if you must stay in budget, get this slightly smaller display (still IPS) instead and you're solid: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/lg-monitor-ips224vpn

If you ever need help with a build, read the following before posting: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/3061-build-plan-thread-recommendations-please-read-before-posting/

What about mATX set up they look like cheaper parts with not much difference in performance this vid is around my budget with the intel cpu and good gpu could you make an mATX build intel or amd I don't mind just want to see the options and for me having a smaller case isn't a bad idea.

This is m-itx, not matx. There are much fewer m-itx mobo options.

The reason I went atx was to make it so you can just add another 7870 without changing anything for much more performance.

If you want matx, you won't be able to sli/crossfire.

I don't want to, I am never gonna be in the postion to buy a second GPU, there is a Gigabyte Z77N Wifi mobo with built in wifi and it is the right size for the prodigy any build suggestions for that case?

Well, if you want to go with that case, you end up with less performance and expandability. It's up to you though.
